Beet salad was good but over dressed a lot of vinegrette. Out entrees which I can't remember the names...mine was something made with a white wine mediocre in taste. Hubby had something with sausage and didn't like the meat. Our daughter had gnocchi with sundries tomatoes that was pretty good. The ambiance is nice and the service was excellent.

It was ok at best Antipasto Was excellent nice way to start off dinner but after that it went down hill I ordered the mussels the had an ammonia battery acid smell to them gross I tried to keep convincing myself that it was just that mussel but with every mussel I ate it had the same issue. My husband ordered the Buffalo ravioli he liked it but didn't love it . I think we would try it again just not the mussels.

Absolutely delicious food with superior service, an amazing menu, and imaginative designer cocktails. We had dinner with friends who highly recommended Bisetti's. We look forward to many more delicious dinners there. Be sure to try the cannolis!!!

Pleasantly surprise with the rich flavor and non commercial tastes. As if your gourmet chef Italian uncle had come over and made a meal especially for you. Nuisances of hidden flavor with every bite, will be back...

I come from an Italian background and grew up in an area in the Midwest with excellent Italian restaurants. I have been waiting to find an Italian joint that's worth its weight and Bisetti's is the best I have found in Fort Collins. The eggplant parm is amazing as is their sauce. Who doesn't love the fresh, warm bread with basil-garlic butter - I could fill up on just the bread! The only thing I've eaten there that hasn't been delicious was the fettuccine alfredo because the sauce was runny and mildly flavorful. There is a gluten-free menu and for an Italian restaurant, it's decent. There's also a great happy hour with plenty of options for a low-cost dinner. We had one bad experience with a waiter and spoke up about it to management. They offered us a gift certificate which was a welcome remedy to an experience that could have stifled our love for this restaurant.

This was one of the first restaurants I tried when we moved to Foco over eight years ago and the first meal I had was really good. I'm not sure if they make their own pasta but it tasted fresh and the chicken was very good. Fast forward a year, evening out with a friend and decided we wanted chicken parmigiana and headed to Bisetti's. The chicken was dry, the salad over-dressed and the waiter was rude/pre-occupied with some drama going on in the back. That's fine- I still wasn't totally turned off by the place because I love Italian and have had a hard time finding other places that served good pasta. The last straw was my mother-in-law's birthday two years ago when our entire party was served over-cooked pasta and dry inedible meat. I am not sure if they have multiple chefs that cook on different nights? The consistency is all over the place and I wish I could say that I will visit this restaurant again but I can't.

Where else would I go for eggplant Parmesan? The answer is: no where! Bisetti's is where it's at, and always has been. From their awesome $6 happy hour app menu (4-6pm) to their homemade pasta, Bisetti's has always been a favorite for Classic Italian. The lasagna is rich and fresh, the herb butter & bread is addicting, and the house salads with freshly shaved mozzarella are always a treat. As I mentioned above, the eggplant parm is a must. Even if you don't like eggplant, I promise you will like this. It's lightly breaded and served with an ample amount of pasta and marinara sauce. The only problem I see with Bisetti's is that they no longer serve the raspberry vinaigrette. Nooooo! I have craved that for years and now it's no longer there. Sad day! Check out this cute little local joint. It's a special treat!

Bisettis is an incredible restaurant and I'm grateful I chose it as the place where I would share a meal with my visiting family. The atmosphere is homey and polite, and Sinatra singing in the background definitely set the mood. Our waitress was Synneva. She was incredibly attentive and able to handle my family's rowdy demeanor with grace. Now for the food: We ordered three appetizers and two bottles of wine. The three apps were the calamari, the crab cakes, and the drunken cheese bread. The calamari was my least favorite but all were prepared well. The entrees were classic spaghetti, sausage penne, manicotti, veal parm, and eggplant parm. I honestly can't say which dish was best. Every one was expertly prepared and the flavors were absolutely captivating. Which lead to full on mouthgasms for our whole party. A delightful sensory experience.

Great Italian happy place in old town, went here to celebrate New years eve. We had Eggplant Parmigiana, Squash Ravioli, Gnocchi Navona and Chicken Marsala. Food was very delicious and lemon basil martini was amazing, service was friendly, overall loved the restaurant, but its a bit expensive. I would definitely visit Bisetti's again! One thing to add. When we went it was almost closing time. But they were kind enough to accommodate four of us with all customized orders. I really appreciate it. Thank you guys.

Lots of hot bread and more offered upon completion, paired with a tasty basil-olive oil-shallot-garlic-dijon whipped butter. Gnocchi (navona) were satisfying pillows of buttery goodness. The crab and shrimp alfredo was delicious enough but not amazing; i'll forgive them for one mistake. They used different types of mushrooms in each dish. I tried to make it for great plates week, missed it by one day, but ended up still satiated and happy with enough food for a second meal or two: go here if you want a robust meal. Plates averaged around 13-14, appetizers seemed to be around 5-7. I also took note of the happy hour which occurs M-F 3-6 pm with both food and cocktails served for $6.

We ordered sea bass with linguine and meatball manicotti, both good. Would've liked more bread but no more was offered. They've been around since '79 and it does have that vibe for better or worse...

I really enjoyed the gluten free pasta bolognese that I had. The pasta was difficult to tell that it was gluten free. The noodles didn't stick together, and they gave me a lot of grated romano cheese on top. I lusted after the drunken cheesy bread that my friends had.... would have loved to eat it if there was a gluten free option!! Everyone at my table enjoyed their meal. My husband had creme brulee for dessert and it was twice as large as normal servings. Usually it is in a tiny custard dish when we have had it elsewhere. Reports from my friends: The Buffalo ravioli was to die for. The gnocchi was delicious. The manicotti was great, but the extra meatball on top was a bit dry. Everyone left with a full stomach :)

We found Bisettis on Open Table and it is every bit as good as the reviews ! The traditional platter was very yummy and so was the drunken cheese bread.

This has to be my favorite Italian restaurant I made reservations and every time I come here I have a different experience I love the service when I came here and my server quickly say us down and gave us the menu it was a busy day so it took me a while for me to decide what I was having but then it finally got it it was probably one of the best things I could have the food was so delicious the salad was fresh and just beyond my expectations it was well presented along with the other food we ordered

Sometimes I come in at a joint for lunch to try it before I spend more for dinner. I'm sorry but, the hostess killed this whole experience for me. I walked in with my grandma and two toddlers in tote (yelp said kid friendly) and asked for a both. All of my fellow parents know booths are awesome for toddlers to keep them trapped in. Well, she offered me a half booth with almost every table open. I kindly asked her if we could take the full booth and she acted like I was getting ready to pull her teeth. Our waiter was fantastic though! He was a trainee and had better attitude and was very courteous food was amazing so I will be back but, service could use some working on!

Party of four on Saturday evening. WAY overpriced, especially for portion sizes and also for Fort Collins! Food was good, but we all said we have had better. Service was good, so no complaint there.

Came here for new years eve dinner and wasn't really blown away. The server was nice enough but there wasn't anything that set him aside from the rest. Food was the biggest let down. The lasagna tasted like fish and the chicken parmasagn was just kind of bland. The only thing that earned a star was the tiramisu. Other than that, the price is all for atmosphere. Go to Carinos, that's more palatable.

Beautiful atmosphere, great lunch specials, great service. The lunch specials are cheaper than you can get most places in old town at lunch time! I had the manicotti for lunch and it was delicious. A nice portion along with bread. I'm impressed and will be back for lunch often.

I ate here last 3 weeks ago and the diversity of the menu was incredibly surprising. While they are absolute ninjas with what you'd call "red sauce italian" fare, like lasagna, meatballs, etc., they have a much more widely varied set of choices that are also filling and comforting, but also exciting and fresh and new. Burrata, Mussels, Crab Cakes, Baby Kale Salad, Halibut with ratatouille, the list goes on. I had the Sea Bass Positano (WHAT!) and it blew my socks off. The crispy sear on the fish set it off, but it was perfectly cooked inside too. It was nestled onto a mixed bed of gnocchi, butternut squash, cubed pancetta, in this unctuous brown butter sauce that was in a word, incredible. Someone at our table also had the baby kale salad, and the mixture of ingredients on this salad was one of the best fresh salads I've ever had. It has a crazy supporting cast, like red peppers, potato home fries, crispy proscuitto, pesto vinaigrette that goes together amazingly well. I can't wait to come back.

Extremely disappointed in food; service was palatable, but lots of folks standing around talking instead of refilling water and bread basket. Went two years ago, thought it was very good; this time not so much. Early Sunday (4:00 p.m.) afternoon, with two other tables in there. Calamari very small portion for $11, salads, entrees not cooked/prepared correctly. Will not be back unfortunately cause I really liked it.

If you don't like your restaurants lit very dimly with a big restaurant name flashed on a wall, stay away. My squash ravioli was just okay - sweet, with nothing to offset it in the sauce. My dining partner's lasagna was not good with a strange bright red sauce that tasted like too much tomato paste. The service was brusque & we felt hurried along even though it didn't seem like there were people waiting to take our seats.

Ah, Bisetti's.... when I think of Fort Collins I think of this place. My sister went to CSU and I admit I wish she were still in school so I had a valid reason to come back to Fort Collins. This place was always a staple for my family and I when visiting. Good food, nice wine list, great service, fun atmosphere. This place does Italian food extremely well. Being from Chicago I'm kind of snobby about my restaurants, but this place would thrive if they opened up in Illinois. As far as dishes, the must try on the menu has got to be the chicken parmigiana. It's absurdly huge and insanely delicious. I am also partial to the cheese manicotti and the sausage and peppers here. The antipasto plate is a real treat, as well. They have some interesting meats on the tray- the italian sausage they have is unique and always tasty. Wine is great here too. The servers really know how to deliver if you tell them what you like. Pairing food with wine can be stressful, but the staff here knows what they are doing. Overall service is always friendly, warm, and efficient.

Out of all the Italian restaurants in Fort Collins, this is the place you want to go. Make sure you ask for Jimmy Ray as your waiter. I had the lunch portion lasagna with a side Cesar salad. The waiter was very attentive to detail even when the lunch rush came in. All in all I was blown away by the quality of food and the service Jimmy Ray provided. I will definitely be returning.

It has been years since I've been to Bisetti's, so when I recently dined here with a friend and her family that was visiting from Japan I was pleasantly surprised to see a much more refined restaurant than I remembered. No longer the old school red sauce joint with chianti bottles hanging from the walls and ceiling, I found the modernized menu much more to my liking (though if you're the sort that likes deep-fried everything with marinara and ranch dressing for an appetizer, or lasagna/chicken parmigiana/spaghetti and meatballs smothered with red sauce and cheese -- you can still get "classic" platters of such things). We had the caprese as an app (as well as the aforementioned deep-fried everything), and I have to say it was wonderful. They used an heirloom tomato (I'm going to guess a Cherokee purple or Paul Robeson based upon color) that was perfectly at its peak, creamy little medallions of mozzarella, and generous drizzles of olive oil and balsalmic vinegar. Simply delicious. Pacing of service was a bit uneven, in that while our appetizers came out promptly there was a healthy wait for entrees. I wish I could say mine was worth the wait, but it was just okay. I had the basil chicken, which was served with mushrooms, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts over a bed of spinach fettuccine in a white wine-butter sauce. The fettuccine was perfectly al dente and the vegetables were tasty, but the chicken itself was underseasoned and a tiny bit dry. It was better as leftovers for lunch the next day, after the sauce had a chance to soak in to the meat. On the other hand my friend quite enjoyed her squash ravioli, and her visitors from Japan were kept busy taking pictures of the "American-sized portions." All in all a nice evening.

I was very pleased with my dinner at Bisetti's this week! I brought some out of town relatives who wanted Italian food and we all loved our meal! I was so glad that everyone was extremely happy with the food and the ambience of the place. I will eat here again soon! The manicotti is the best I've ever had! The Chicken Marsala was fabulous. The waitress was great - she was very friendly, helped us make our selections and provided great service. The prices were cheaper than other Italian places in town so it was a good price for excellent food!

The hubs and I joined up with some friends for the Great Plates happening in Fort Collins. Admittedly, Bisetti's was not our first choice but they had a table open and were very nice about letting us come in right on the spot. Our waitress was friendly and explained the menu along with some wine choices. Her recommendation was ok but not great when we got our glasses of wine. We decided to order off the menu versus going with the set menu of great plates. We started with the zucchini friti which is basically fried zucchini sticks. I thought the tomato dipping sauce was better than the aoili. The fries could have used some more seasoning in the breadcrumb coating. For our entrees, I ordered the gnocchi with veggies and my husband ordered the crab and shrimp alfredo. The flavor was ok on mine but nothing to write home about. The gnocchi seemed a tiny bit doughy and not the little pillows of goodness that good gnocchi usually is. The shrimp and crab alfredo could have used more seasoning in the sauce along with more crab and shrimp. Understandably these are expensive ingredients so maybe focus on only one of the proteins and offer more of it. The price of the bill didn't match the quality of the food for us. Bisetti's is a great tradition and has been a long standing restaurant in downtown Fort Collins. They often donate to local charities, MS being one of them in recent years and I LOVE that about them! With some tweaks in the dishes, they would defnitely be on the road to a five star rating!

Easily the best Chicken Parmesan and Cheesecake I've ever had. Aside from the food the service was impressive. I sat in the bar and enjoyed some great wine and just noticed how phenomenal the staff was from knowing regular's name to making sure every customer was satisfied. You can just tell from everyone's attitude that they are enjoying their time here. Definitely a positive experience and I highly recommend to someone looking for great food, atmosphere, and a fun night.

My BFF was given a gift card to dine here, as she was awarded another grant for her research (woo hoo!). I was in town visiting so I got the honor of eating dinner here with her. We were first elated with the nightly $25 bottle of wine being a Malbec. She then asked for our IDs. I then discovered I had left mine in the side pocket of my carry on, as I had just came in from the airport. Despite being 30 and her showing her ID showing 29, she would not servce me wine. Booooooooooooooo!!!!! After that disappointment, we shared the portobello caprese for an appetizer. It was just ok. There was way too much mushroom and not nearly enough caprese ingredients. Way too much mushroom. Boring. For my entree I ordered a butternut squash ravioli with a sage butter cream sauce. Aftter the first bite I was no longer bitter about not having wine, or the underwhelming appetizer... because this ravioli was divine. It was rich and creamy and just amazing. I would order it again and again. Please try it.

We had our anniversary dinner here and we're seated in the charming, slightly quirky "cubby room" at the front of the restaurant -- perfect for 2. We started off with the antipasti which had a nice blend of soft cheese, olives, delicious prosciutto, asparagus, & sausage. We had a good gnocchi navona with shrimp & white wine sauce, and an excellent buffalo ravioli in cream sauce. For dessert we had the classic cheesecake. Overall, the meal met our expectations & the service exceeded them.

Struck by yet another urge for palatable satiation, I sauntered in on this Irish-day. There was not much green about the place, yet it is labyrinthine in its recesses. I guess I'm a senior citizen because I'm having dinner at 4. Some quiet jazz music sprinkled in the background; sadly, the unsubtle big band kind, not that crunchy Blue Note jive. In any event, it is clear that my shirt shall remain buttoned and glasses perched for this dimly lit affair. I had to pee and therefore took a stroll toward the bathing room. To my great delight, the floor slants down for a section on the way, reducing the energy needed to get there. Where they get you is the coming back, you guessed it - upward! So it's hard to say if you come out on top or if it's even more energy expended in total. A pretty ok brown paint and caulk job, I must say, oh and flawless tilework, leading to an opulent pooper. You could be 14 feet tall and still stretch your legs comfortably from atop the throne. Returning from my exertions, I at last tasted the water. Any misgivings were washed away with its crystalline purity, in a spotless glass with just the right amount of ice. Come to think of it, I'd rather have a dirtier dish sometimes because they must quadruple wash and waste water in the process, to ensure a triple A rating from health inspectors. Aye, to be south of the border again, with the incidental gray water consciousness and accompanying diverse gut flora. Right, other drinks are here too, but oh-man did I drink enough last night. Waiter Michael came over with a little ring in his ear, so I knew he wasn't no square. Such a kind man, even giving us bread gratuito! I bet he speaks Italian to communicate with the cooks. The bread is warm and crumbly and comes wrapped in a black napkin packet with a healthy dollop of whipped butter with green flakes, which Mr. M told us has shallots and shit in it. It's no big loss if you ruin your appetite on bread, since when you're an adult you understand there's always another appetite right behind the one you just purportedly ruined. Noodles were brought to us quickly. If we had been humming a Kate Bush song while waiting, we may not have finished it. Perhaps that's down to going at an hour the highbrows do not, but society does not dictate when is our dinner, or supper, if you please. I dine when I see fit, thank you very much, because I am a rationalist. Sure, I'll split a meal; why not. We got the SHRIMP-n-CRAB for 16 dead prezzes, as well as the GNOCCHI fer 14. It's served in huge/hot/concave plates that hold together in its porcelain coddle all the sauces and fixins. They each had a different kind of mushroom, which adds to the glory but may be more wasteful compared to if they just bought a slew of one, but that may not be true and it's not like we go to restaurants to not be wasteful. Hazel Dell: local points! The fishy niblets on their bed of alfredo pastis were good so good, and the gnocchi moreso! It's like they boiled and pan-fried a potato marsh-mallow to perfection and licked it with a buttery glaze and adorned it with loving companions of sun-dried tomato and asparagus candy. You know, it reminds one of Israel's pillow candy. I devise soon to sleep, and lucid dream of myself laying my head upon gnocchi. It melts in my mouth, and into my dreams. The check arrives to our table cloaked in a durable black jacket. You could probably use it for a thousand years before stitch failure. Also FREE mint on the way out that also is in the shape of a tiny pillow and melts in your mouth, beside FREE matches and toothpicks omigod. I emerged from the obfuscous ristorante to the re-realization that there is a world outside. Cheah, I could eat like dis on the regular. My nibbling partner wishes she had a tongue condition where she tastes those slippery gnocchi pillows at all times. In summary, we chewed up all we could and departed with it safely in belly. Some was put into dog-bag, subsequently running no risk of molding in the fridge. In fact, I'm hungry again after writing this. My stomach is muttering fluently, ma che dice?

There comes a time in a restaurants life where it is either cool to be old due to tradition, or its lame and outdated. Bisettis is in a strange limbo between the two. When you enter, its exactly what you think it is, a late 70's Italian restaurant. We were promptly seated, and greeted - decent drink menu. We ordered the sampler appetizer...it arrived quickly for coming out of 1979. IT was a large platter of breaded and fried bits, with an assortment of sauces, it tasted OK, but had me worried about dinner, were we going to be stuck in a culinary time warp? I had their spicy sausage special my wife had the Sea Bass. Once dinner arrived, we were shocked back into 2013. The food was excellently prepared, imaginative and perfectly seasoned. I almost wanted to trade plates with my wife because the sea bass was great. We also had cannolis for desert which were true to form. From what I read here is seems the Chef has worked hard to revamp the menu, which has been a success, now the decor just needs to decide its its modern, or classic.

Best Lasagna in town. I love the setting, the atmosphere. I think the lunch specials and discounts are great (great, fast food on a short lunch break.) When I have family in town - this is one of the restaurants I hit.

Home made pasta! I got the crab and shrimp alfredo. I probably wouldn't get it again. The pasta itself was good, so was the shrimp but the crab seemed a bit dodgy. Maybe it was just me. The wine choices were great. We got the appetizer combo which was yummy! Great ambience for a romantic date night. Try and get a booth.

This place was alright. The food was good but nothing to special. It would be a lot better if the prices where less! It is nicely located in Old town, so it makes it a good place to stop if you are out shopping.

An oldie but goodie, I always try and stop by Bisetti's when I am home. I have been going here since I was a little girl and although the decor has changed through the years the wholesome Italian food and friendly service has stayed constant. I would highly recommend the special, whatever it may be. This weekend it was sausage arrabiata served over house-made linguine served with red and green bell peppers. For someone who likes spice, it was a perfect tasty meal. I love their minestrone and haven't found a place in Denver that can top it yet (I am still searching so suggestions are welcome!). The wine list at Bisetti's isn't over the top but it has a nice variety of both domestic and Italian imports to choose from. I am always impressed with the quality of service at this restaurant. Most of the servers are veterans, having been there since the beginning. They are quick to recommend their favorite dishes and make well educated wine selections to match. Don't skip dessert here, their multiple varieties of cheesecake are to die for and I love the apple bread pudding! They don't skimp on the caramel sauce served with this decadent dessert, so make sure to save room! Check out their lunch specials as well, large portions but smaller price tags!

Anything that you order here will be good. A bonus though is if you go early you can get the early bird special and get really good small dishes for a light supper. The squash ravioli and the tiramisu are remarkable.

Their location is the reason they continue to stay open and stay busy. Bisettis offers overpriced Italian without the charm. I judge Italian by their red sauce, and Bisettis is a little watery and just "alright", so so, nothing worth trying again.

It is an institution but the food is hardly good. As an Italian myself, I wouldn't classify this restaurant as serving authentic Italian food. Meh, there are better Italian restaurants out there. I would say that if you haven't experienced real Italian food (as another reviewer has said), then you will probably enjoy this place. The service is okay.

We've usually dined here at least once, when we're in town. Last Sunday afternoon, we were looking for a place to eat, and striking out, big time. Finally said, if Bisetti's is open, we'll go there. Never had a bad meal there. It was open, though pretty empty. Wife and I had the artichoke appetizer, and shared the salmon entree. It was a generous portion, and we went away quite satisfied. Alex, our server, did a great job. We explained that we couldn't have cheese, so he made sure that there was no cheese in anything. Consistently good food, good atmosphere, good service. What's not to like? Perhaps not stellar, but I'd go back, and I've often taken friends with us in the past. It's a genuinely nice place for a meal.

Went here for the Great Plates special and was very impressed. The meal for two was more than worth the $25.25 price tag. I had sausage and peppers which were good and my wife had a butternut squash ravioli which was knock-your-socks off good. The service was great and the atmosphere is super cozy. My wife thought it was too dark but I like it that way so no one can see me putting splenda packets in my pockets. JK.

I really enjoyed this place. A cute little Italian restaurant with a romantic interior. The food we had was delicious, and they are kind enough to make changes if you are a crazy California girl like me who refuses to abide by the menu. Sweet waitresses who are on top of their game and are always pleasant. I am coming back here when I'm in Fort Collins!

Best italian food I've ever had. I normally don't care for Italian food, but my husband and kids love it. We've eaten at several italian places and I'm usually struggling just to find something I want to order. When I get it, it's okay, but not amazing. Bisetti's is a place I actually WANT to go and eat. If you can get a dish with their risotto cakes, definitely try them, they are AMAZING.

I've been here several times and still don't know what the fuss is about. It's pretty standard Italian-American fare and usually way too salty. Stay far away from the clam sauce.

The quality is what I would expect from "fast food Italian" like Sbarro's but unfortunately the price doesn't match. I wouldn't return except possible on Mondays when they have a number of dishes for $7.

Good food and good service, but I wasn't blown away. Myy friends and I did believe it was a bit too dark in the restaurant and it took a while to get adjusted to reading our menus. However, if you are looking for a nicer place to dine Italian, it's not a bad choice.

Many people say the like Bisetti's, I would prefer to disagree. I think their food was unmemorable, as I cannot remember what I had and that was two summers ago. We went on a Sunday night and the service was slow, even though there weren't many people there. I would suggest going to Enzio's over Bisetti's just wish there were more Italian restaurants in Fort Collins.

I've only been here once for lunch and it was great, everyone says this is the best Italian in Fort Collins and I can't argue that with what I've had so far. I need to go back and try more of the menu.

I proposed to my Fiancee last month at this restaurant. The food was very good and the atmosphere could have been great. The reason I say "Could" have been was that through no fault of the restaurant.....(I guess), there were several nearby tables where people brought their Infant and energy filled small children. Who brings infants to a restaurant that is known for its romantic atmosphere? Screaming / crying unhappy babies is not what I was expecting. I am not a kid hater as I have my own, but I would never bring an infant to a movie theater or to a restaurant like this one. Having now vented and out of the way, Bisetti's was a place that I would return to, perhaps at a later time although it was 7:00 pm I believe when we showed up. My Fiancee and I still enjoyed the experience, and even with the distractions that we will have something to laugh about in the future, it was an overall good dining experience. Ending this on a positive note, our waiter was attentive without being bothersome. The pairing wine he suggested was very good as well. Again I would like to give Bisetti's another try, and will ask when I call ,for a table out of the way and will expain what happend this time. To my fellow infant and toddler laden diners for the sake of we seekers of romantic, or quality epicurian experiences, I beg of you......PLEASE....Get a Babysitter!

Bisetti's does have some delicious food - their squash ravioli, romano chicken soup and bread are fabulous. Their atmosphere is cozy but the wait staff is definitely a little more relaxed. This is probably intentional, but when you've gotta get back to work, speed is the game in picking a place that can get you in and out.

Bisetti's on a Saturday night, reservations for a party of 7. Something was bound to go wrong, right? Wrong! From the time we were seated and met our waitress, until the time we walked out the front door, everything was PERFECT. Upon the recommendation for a "light" red that even the non-wine drinkers in our party would enjoy, we ordered an inexpensive bottle of red wine Jacuzzi that was exactly what we had requested. The house made cosmopolitans with blackberries were fab. The appetizers were perfectly cooked and enjoyed by everyone. Our salads were very crisp and fresh with several house made dressings available. The french bread with basil butter was o' so good! Our entrees were cooked perfectly accompanied by very nice al dente house made pasta. The house made cheese cake was very light and refreshing. In summary, our meal was perfectly executed and presented. Our waitress, Joanne, was absolutely charming in every way. We had a great dinner from a local establishment that worth every penny. This will become a regular for us. If you get the opportunity, GO!

I had been to the one in Littleton a couple of times a few years back before it closed, but this was my first visit to the original in FC. Service was excellent, not imposing but always there when you needed it. The food was quite nice. Squash ravioli is a really nice dish. It's always nice when there are innovative and flavorful vegetarian options on the menu. I had the fish special (halibut). I wouldn't usually get halibut, but I was getting the fish to get the risotto cakes and asparagus. The fish was very nicely cooked and crusted in almond dust and a tart lemony sauce. All was very nice.

this place just isn't good, hate to say it. ft c has a big, big lack of good italian joints, so this gets the nod as "best italian" i guess just because it has a typical chianti-bottle-and-dim-light decor. the servers are friendly and it's a family-owned business which is important to have these days. but, don't go there thinking you're in for a big treat.

Something bad is going on at Bisetti's. The last three times I've been here over the last year have been increasing worse in terms of price and portion size. This last weekend was the last straw for me. For $20 I got 10 pieces of gnocchi and a 6oz piece of fish. An inconsistent menu, increasing prices and decreasing portions all point to them shutting down soon.

I've never had a bad meal at Bisetti's. The atmosphere is really romantic and very pretty inside. Their menu is kind of limited, but they've made things for me that weren't listed on the menu. Make a reservation if you go from Thursday-Sunday. I've even called at 6:45 on a Friday to request a 7:15 reservation and they have accommodated me, making it blissful to skip all the people waiting looking at me angrily for walking past them and to a table. They make their own cheesecake.. you don't need to know anything else.

They don't offer anchovy stuffed olives but Brendan went above and beyond to make them, along with a great martini, all while running a full bar. Get the Eggplant Parmesan, it's the best I've had!!!

Hasn't changed much in probably 20 years. Has the inside vibe of being a nice affordable romantic date night for highschoolers or seniors citizens. If your looking for an intimate Italian dinner in Old Town, this is it.

Do not dine here if you are Celiac, despite the claim of a gluten free menu. We took my parents here this past weekend, and my father who is Celiac became very ill. My wife called the restaurant and was told that despite the claim of a gluten free menu, Celiacs should not dine here. Unconscionable!

Ignore all bad reviews. This place is wonderful. If you want real Italian food fly to Philly or NYC and have at it. As far as Colorado goes, I will continue to come back to Bisetti's. The food is HOME MADE, and it tastes like it - fresh, not loaded with sodium, flavorful, seasoned well. I call this good Italian food. You want horrible Italian food, go to Johnny Carino's where you can't taste anything but the salt content. Bisetti's is nothing like that.

Wow... Ok, I ordered a salad w/Champagne vinaigrette- too tart! Tasty, but too tart... HOWEVER, the cannelloni with sausage- OH MY GAWD... the pasta was so tender, as was the sausage! It held together great, but seemed to fall apart in my mouth- and NOT greasy at all! Other than Rico's in Chicago, this is the best Italian I've had at a restaurant, and I'll go back there again next time I'm in Ft. Collins. Great service, clean restaurant- even has SOY CRAYONS for crying out loud! Your kids can put 'em in their mouths... It was really really really good. Period. GO THERE... WHY ARE YOU WAITING?

We were just passing through Ft Collins and ask the hotel receptionist for a recommendation. She recommend Bisetti's as being a place for good food and great atmosphere. Upon arriving in the old part of downtown Ft Collins we knew instantly that we had arrived at a location where we had many choices for dining. The Bisetti's restaurant is very inviting from the street and upon entering we were well pleased with the ambiance. We were seated to the left in the back of the restaurant which felt like a romantic get away. The wait service was instant. We ordered the eggplant parmesan and the chicken parmesan and each was as good as we have ever ordered. They were served with a salad and a pasta which was likewise delicious. There is a nest bar area to the right as one enters the restaurant. There are also early bird specials if you arrive before 6PM. The prices were excellent. We noticed the review section shows $30 dinners. There are many for less than $15 so don't let a price posting deter you from dining at this nice restaurant. By the way we noticed almost all those dining were nicely dressed---no cut off and blue jeans---however on the other hand customer were not overly dressed either. This is a college town and we did not notice that many of college age eating at this restaurant. Parking is on the street. We ordered the cream brule for desert and it was very good.

Love the butternut squash ravioli!!!!!!!!! Be warned- it may look like a small portion, but the ravioli are as filling as they are amazing. The tiramisu would have impressed my noni. This its our favorite date destination.

Bisettis is my favorite Italian food place in town. They're always great for special occasions. Last time my boyfriend and I had an anniversary they arranged for us to sit in the private room for two at the front window, it was very nice. They also give you free cheese cake on your birthday!

This is a wonderful italian restaurant. Their lasagna is amazing! The marinara sauce was equally satisfying. The service was also very good and courteous. Prices aren't too bad, approximately $15 per plate.

Dined with two wonderful friends on Saturday night. The crab cakes were amazing that far from water! All crab meat no breading. The squash ravioli was yummy. I tasted the eggplant parm which was delicious and not greasy. Wine list was not quite up to date. I should have asked about house wines, my mistake. They do let you cork and carry the unfinished. I would definitely dine there again if in Fort Collins.

Life was different back in 1979. We could be found roaming the mall listening to tapes on our Sony Walkman while wearing a LaCoste shirt with the famous alligator on the left side. We watched Three's Company, M.A.S.H, Dallas, and the Dukes Of Hazard. The Bee Gees and Gloria Gaynor dominated the Billboard charts. Here in Fort Collins, it was the year that Bisetti's Italian restaurant opened. The world has changed dramatically over the course of 33 years. Even our culinary world has changed to fit our evolving palates. However, some places have settled into a time warp. It can be charming to walk into a restaurant that hasn't changed much over the many years of their legendary existence. But much like a person still wearing tube tops or sporting a gigantic Afro in 2012, restaurants who continue to live in the past are being left in the dust. That is exactly what's happening to Bisetti's. Despite the years of popularity that Bisetti's claims, it was incredibly difficult for me to find people willing to join me on the review. Usually, I have friends jumping at the chance to hang out together for a great meal. But this time it was almost like pulling teeth to find company. There was more hesitation and "thanks, but no thanks" responses than I ever imagined. I ordered the Harvest Squash Ravioli with sage cream sauce. I had high hopes for this since many of my friends claim this to be the best dish Bisetti's offers. After a few bites, I was bored to tears. It had virtually no flavor at all beyond thick squash paste in the center and the moat of pale cream sauce it swam in. It reminded me that the restaurant is lost in the past. This may have been a great dish at some point, but it's due for an overhaul. It's not working anymore because it just tastes stale. Not necessarily in food quality, but the recipe. It needs some freshness breathed into it. This is something that would appeal to the silver-haired crowd that doesn't like to see their favorite restaurant keep up with the times. One of the biggest positives about my experiences at Bisetti's revolve around the quality of service. Each and every time I dine here, service is attentive, quick, and thoughtful. They are especially wonderful with the kids. It makes for a sweet dining experience. Now, I've been to Bisetti's many times throughout the years. They've even been included in special posts here on Feasting Fort Collins when I wrote about the Homegrown Fort Collins appetizer and dessert tours. Not everything I've ever had has been this sad, but it's interesting to note that the best dishes I've really enjoyed here were special event items. These were menus completely different from their standard offerings, and they tasted exciting and fresh! The beer-battered appetizer I had last year was pretty phenomenal, actually. This leads me to believe that Bisetti's is due for an upgrade. They're stuck in 1979 serving the same meals that previous generations enjoyed. It's one thing to stick to tradition, but it's another thing to be lost in the past.

I went in on a weekday, around Thanksgiving, with three other people. I made reservations anticipating a lot of customers, but it was pretty minimal when we got there. The service was good. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Noise level was low. Lighting was soft. It was really easy to have a conversation with the rest of the people in my party, which for me is really important. I ordered the seasonal ravioli which was very good. Someone else ordered the risotto which was excellent! Not too expensive for such good quality. I will definitely be going back! I really want to order the risotto for myself :)

I really wished that I liked this restaurant more. It's charming and very romantic. The food is average. I routinely order the Mediterrean Salad because it's a safe option. My husband and I have had some very nice dinners here but nothing exceptional. A few months ago I met a business contact here for lunch - after being seated and given water, bread and menus it took our server 45 minutes to take our order. It was embarrassing. Our server just shrugged her shoulders when I pointed it out. Needless to say that Bisetti's is off my list for business lunch spots. When we dine out for Italian we go to Canino's, Enzio's and even Olive Garden for delicious food. Bisetti's is never at the top of this list.

Chef Andrew is amazing. We loved the crab cakes, the gnocchi, and the Nutella cheesecake was to die for. We ate lunch here so I can't even imagine how yummy the dinner would be. They have great specials and the atmosphere was very nice. I highly recommend it.

While perusing College Ave, we discovered Bisetti's and were drawn in by the inviting ambiance of the restaurant. We were seated near the window which had a great view of the street festively lit up in Christmas lights. Our appetite was still stunted from all the travels from Hawaii, so we skipped starters. I ordered the classic shrimp pomodoro, and my husband had the veal amaryah. Both of our entrees were of generous portions and accompanied with fresh baked rolls. My pasta was cooked al dente; the shrimp tasted fresh and not over cooked; and the dish had a lot of garlic which I liked. The veal amaryah, we were told, is named after the current chef who created the dish. It's thinly breaded, crispy veal served on a bed of homemade gnocchi along with a light white sauce. As neither of us had ever eaten homemade gnocchi before, we were quite impressed at how delicious it was. Each gnocchi was tender, well seasoned, and had the texture of marshmallows. They complemented the veal nicely. My husband really enjoyed his dinner and even let me steal some of his gnocchi. Service was friendly and unobtrusive. Prices are very reasonable for homemade Italian food. While the menu here may not be entirely authentic or on par with your Italian grandmother's standards (who is?), Bisetti's obviously cares about using good ingredients, making food from scratch, and creating an inviting atmosphere for diners. We were satisfied with our experience here and would surely come back.

Our dinner guests are devoted Italian diners and gave Bisetti's a thumb's up for authenticity. Portions were unnecessarily large but great for take-home. Service was good...great choice of wines.

Our server was excellent and very attentive. Portions are huge... Both salads and meals. I got the crab and shrimp Alfredo and my husband got the sausage penne with red peppers. Sauces were flavorful and we would get both again.

Nice interior, good attentive service, food above average Italian cuisine. I like how they offer half portions of many of their entrees, but watch out! I misread the menu and wrongfully assumed soup or salad was included with the half portions, and they are not! My cup of Chicken Romano was an additional $3 - good thing it was worth it by being really darned tasty. My entree, the FARFALLE ORVIETO was bowtie pasta tossed with lime infused olive oil, tomatoes, asparagus, artichoke hearts, fresh basil, kalamata olives, feta cheese and chicken. Good but too heavy on the lime - it almost overpowered all the other flavours. Not a terribly expensive choice for fine dining in Fort Collins. A good choice for a date night as it is very dim & romantic with candles on the tables, although tell that to the table of 6 next to us who snorted and guffawed and told loud stories about travelling overseas all night. Hard to be romantic with all that going on!

We went here for dinner last night as part of Great Plates. The service was okay. I had the Harvest ravioli and he had the sausage and peppers with penne. Both of us thought the food was good but nothing to dance over.

I have been going here for years and I still cannot get over the change since they remodeled (a long time ago now) I remember the low ceilings with the straw covered Chianti bottles all over the place. I have to say I kind of miss that place. The good news is it is a very warm and inviting atmosphere and the food is still excellent. Took the 20 something kids for a nice pre-Christmas dinner and we had a great evening. Service was excellent and I do not think you can make a mistake on the menu.

Bisetti's is a cute little Italian eatery in the heart of Beautiful Fort Collins, Co. The interior is rustic and comfortable. The restaurant has a real easy vibe to it. I ordered a Cesar Salad to start off the night. It was fresh and tasty. For my Entree I had the stuffed Ravioli with the side of meatballs. The Ravioli was pretty good, but nothing to write home about and the Meatballs were tasty and tender. The food was decent, but the atmosphere and great service was worth a couple of stars alone. If I'm ever back in the Fort Collins area, I would not hesitate to stop back in for a bite.

Good food, good service, nice setting. We tried the Bisetti's sampler, shrimp crab alfredo, veal parmigiana, baked penne bolognese and sausage arrabbiata. All of the meals were delicious. The restaurant offers a gluten free menu which was a plus however I would have expected them to offer gluten free bread served up with the entree. That would have earned them a 4-star rating in my book.

Bisetti's is #3 in the "trio of yuppie institutions" in Fort Collins, along with Suehiro and Rio Grande. Located in a prime spot in Old Town, Bisetti's HAS been an "institution" in local dining for many years. That doesn't mean it's necessarily good. Bisetti's is basically "Italian food for people who have never been to Italy or a real Italian restaurant". You get a sense of this when you enter the restaurant and see the feeble attempt to look like "Old Italy" or something. I was surprised to not see "wine baskets" on each table with a half-melted candle dripping wax onto a red-and-white checkered vinyl tablecloth. Is chef "Tony" putting out a plate of old spaghetti for Lady and the Tramp? Bisetti's has somehow established itself as the "romantic" venue in Fort Collins. But your date/spouse might feel like either Lady or the Tramp when they taste the food. Your next indication of this very UN-Italian restaurant is the menu, which makes a point to label each section IN ITALIAN for that trite and amusing attempt at being authentic. "Insalate": that's "salad" everybody! And "Pesce" is fish! If you don't understand, just close your eyes and put your finger on an item: you have an equal chance of mediocrity at every stab. To be fair, Bisetti's offers a decent variety of classic Italian favorites. Aside from the typical spaghetti, manicotti, ravioli, etc. this place offers gnocchi, veal saltimbocca, and other dishes you might not find at Olive Garden. Otherwise, it's about the same deal, except you're paying $3 for your side salad instead of getting an endless bowl of it. Personally, I tried the "tortellini pesto" because I'm a fanatic about pesto. It was disappointing to say the least: a pool of oil drowned out the taste of the other ingredients. I give them credit for using some pine nuts instead of cheaper almonds or cashews, but otherwise it was an unbalanced disaster. And why were the pine nuts added in whole?!! Pesto is properly and authentically prepared as a sauce. In Italian: "pestare" = to pound or to crush... in reference to the original method of preparation with a mortar and pestle. To summarize, if you're hard-up for "Italian" food, Bisetti's might get the job done. But this place is about as authentic with Italian food as Suehiro's is with Japanese. I have traveled and lived in Italy (Genova/Liguria, the home of pesto, Roma, Marche, Toscana, and Sicilia). My grandfather was Sicilian and an amazing cook to boot. This place is NOT authentic; it's a quaint attempt at best. I don't even mind that it's not authentic (what do you really expect in Northern Colorado?), but it's funny how hard they TRY to be.

If it's a night we feel like really splurging on a romantic dinner, this is it. Lovely wine list, absolutely fantastic entrees, and amazing tiramisu. Be warned however... Their cocktails are very potent and almost difficult to drink... Don't order one unless you plan on finishing it (they're around $8 each)

I will be going back if I make it to Ft. Collins again. I had the Chef's salad, I was not in the mood for pasta, but I did devour that salad. I tasted some other dishes to and they were amazing.

Bisetti's is a great place for a date. Dark and romantic. I especially like the dining room near the bar - it's a bit more intimate. You can make reservations (we used Open Table) and then you won't have to wait. On the night we went (Saturday), they were telling people that the wait was 45 minutes - we got in with our reservations in 5. We had heard great things and were not disappointed. My wife started with a holiday-inspired mojito (it had cranberries and a twist of cranberry juice) which was very tasty. Still tasted like a mojito, but with a splash of tart cranberry. I had the Maker's Mark Manhattan which was excellent. Very tasty, perfectly made, generous portion. We then had the Sicilian Stuffed Mushrooms as an appetizer. There were 8 small stuffed mushrooms which were just right to whet our appetites but not fill us up. The combination of the earthy mushroom with the minty sausage and smoky romano cheese was very nice. During the main course I had a glass of the Andeluna Malbec, which is a nice mildly complex red that I've had before. It proved to be the perfect compliment for my main dish. My main course was the Gnocchi Navona. The Gnocchi was nice and soft and dumpling-like. The veggies (sundried tomatoes, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach) and feta were complimented well by the lemon garlic butter sauce. This dish isn't complex or bold - I would describe it as rustic. Like something you can imagine eating in the Italian countryside on a cold day. I added the grilled chicken, which came as a very generous portion. Very well done and not too filling. Just right. My wife had the Farfalle Orvieto. It was also nice and light, with the lime infused olive oil giving it a nice citrusy pop. The basil and artichoke hearts complimented each other well. Also very good. She got the small portion with grilled chicken and it was perfect. I'd love to try the Tiramisu sometime. It looked tasty, but we had already decided to have dessert somewhere else. We'll definitely be back to Bisetti's. I expect that it will be a part of our regular rotation for date nights. They also have great lunch specials and happy hour deals. And kids eat free on Sundays - we'll have to check that out soon!

I have been coming here for years and usually have a better experience than I did this last time. I went for Great Plates and I keep in mind that we had a large group and it was a Saturday night. This mind-set, plus my previous better expericences, raise this to 3 stars when I would have given 2. They changed their Great Plates offering to have garlic bread, soup or salad and two entrees for $25.25. I must say that I felt that having both garlic bread and soup/salad was dissapointing; I would have rather had a dessert, but that's just me. First, the server we had seemed inexperienced and we had to ask for things repeatedly. But that aside, the sausage and peppers were good as usual, and the butternut squash ravioli was awesome, again as usual. However, the chicken marsala was extremely dissapointing. The sauce had no flavor, the chicken was dry and the pasta was extremely overdone; mushy at best. The pasta in several dishes were overdone and I was very surprised, and dissapointed. My friend even switched plates with me. The eggplant was good, as usual, but again, overdone pasta. I just feel there is something wrong when a place can't do pasta right. When mentioned to the server, he apologized, shrugged and asked if everything else was okay. I figure they made a lot ahead of time (in anticipation of the rush/demand), but it dried out the chicken and made the pasta mushy. As we were leaving, we were asked how everything was. I told them I was surprised that our experience tonight was not as good as it had been in the past. The manager (I assume; she seemed to be one) asked if it was service or food, and I told her it was both. I was nice, but just mentioned the cons of our experience briefly, and she just apologized and invited us to come back. I will go back, and I hope its a better experience!

Dinner for 4 with advanced reservations. My daughter's birthday, and they had thoughtfully set aside a great booth in the corner. The service (Chris) was excellent -- just the right amount of attention. The food, is really very good. As a gourmet chef and former European resident, the food was surprising for Fort Collins. Almost as good as my favorites in Denver. The veal was just right. My wife had the eggplant which was also very good -- light with the appropriate firmness. we also had a crab meat panini which was delightful. Adequate wine list. My only complaint were the dinner salads. They were pre-made with the tacky metal dressing servers. IMO they should cut down on the salad selection and focus on a *great* salad. They were also too small -- I had the feeling of cutting pennies on a moderately priced meal. Overall a really good experience, and we will return.

Made dinner reservations two months in advance for 13. Arrived ten minutes early and had to wait an hour for a table. A manager should be fired for this ineptitude. Food was very good and our wait person gave great service too bad they can't get their timing right.

my boyfriend and i love it here. it's kind of dark and romantic-ish, the garlic butter, oh my gawd, and when i ordered the ravioli they asked if i wanted it "parmesan style", which i found out means very, very cheesy. overall a delicious dinner and i plan on eating there as long as parmesan style is still in effect.

The time before last I went here, the front staff were a little snobby. The last time I went our party was charged a per person "plate charge" for letting us bring in a cake for a celebraton. In other words, we cut & served the cake ourselves after spending alot a money on lunch for a large group and they charged us for letting us use extra plates and forks and didn't tell us until we got our bill (huh?!) When we had made reservation we let them know the occasion and got permission to bring the cake. We weren't told about the extra charge. Had we'd known that, we could have walked outside and cut the cake with a plastic knife for free!!! Hopefully they have stopped this practice...I know businesses have to make their money but come on-where's the goodwill?! Food has gone down over the years but this was it for me-haven't been back since......They need to realize there are alot of other Italian restaurants in this town that people will frequent for good food and great service.

Bisetti's is as good of a value as you can get in Fort Collins. It serves up spectacular Italian food at a more than reasonable price. I went there frequently while I was an undergrad at CSU and since moving away from Fort Collins my fiancee and I always make a point of going to Bisetti's when we are back in Colorado. Everything that I have ordered has been amazing (especially the cheese ravioli)!! Good service, good prices, good food. You can't beat it.

We were a party of 8, so we reserved a separate room that was just big enough for all of us. It was quiet, with an old fashioned atmosphere. All that was missing were the chianti bottles with candles. We had reserved a 6 PM slot, but the restaurant moved us to 7:30 without any notification. Luckily, one of our party called the day before. They did give us a free tiramisu cake. Nice to have "small" portions for some dishes although they were only a few dollars off the regular prices. House salad was very ordinary and cost $3 extra. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. I had chicken parm which was good over spaghetti which was somewhat dried out. I would rate the food as a step or two up from Olive Garden. Fun, young server, but the service was inattentive. One of our party actually had to go out and find him at one point so that we could order our main courses. I'm looking forward to trying the other non-chain Italian restaurants in Fort Collins.

Great atmosphere, excellent calamari and fantastic dessert. The main course was better than most (especially in Ft. Collins) but definitely nothing to write home about. A great place to bring a date our your grandparents. .. but not a lot in between. Personally, I think Vincents has them beat on all levels.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

(2)Kristi M.

(5)Karen H.
(5)P K.
We ordered sea bass with linguine and meatball manicotti, both good. Would've liked more bread but no more was offered. They've been around since '79 and it does have that vibe for better or worse...
(4)Rebecca H.

(5)Wendy T.
The food is delicious. I have enjoyed every pasta dish I have tried. The bread and basil butter are so good. The service is great. Love it!

(4)Jordan S.
Worth every penny. Great value for great food. The lighting is a bit dim but wonderful ambience. Ask for Jimmy Ray. Awesome service and timing. One of the best places for dinner in Fort Collins.
(5)Camellia S.
Came here on a date. Had a delicious Malbec the server recommended with a caprese and the butternut squash ravioli. Everything tasted amazing and we really loved the ambiance. We stayed until the place closed!
(4)Joanna S.
Wow! It's was fantastic. I'm a snob for Italian and loved it. We had Manicotti; Ravioli and they were both delicious.
(5)Wendell F.
Great food and service. Bartender made us feel special.
(5)Karla R.

(4)Jill B.
(4)Mark H.
This place was alright. The food was good but nothing to special. It would be a lot better if the prices where less! It is nicely located in Old town, so it makes it a good place to stop if you are out shopping.
(3)Emily J.
(5)Alden C.
Anything that you order here will be good. A bonus though is if you go early you can get the early bird special and get really good small dishes for a light supper. The squash ravioli and the tiramisu are remarkable.
(4)Lindsey B.
Their location is the reason they continue to stay open and stay busy. Bisettis offers overpriced Italian without the charm. I judge Italian by their red sauce, and Bisettis is a little watery and just "alright", so so, nothing worth trying again.
(2)Bruce E.
Always good. Egg plant Parmesan, order it.
(4)Roxy J.
(2)Debbie J.
Our family loves Bisettis. We hosted our daughters college graduation party at Bisettis and was not dissappointed. The food and service was great.
(5)Randy L.
(4)Carol M.
Fabulous!!!
(5)Scott K.
JK.
(4)K F.
Service and food was generally good. One of us asked for some pasta with sauce and chicken that wasn't that good. Manager did take the cost off the bill though. Reputable restaurant with pretty good food.
(4)R S.
I read the reviews and took a chance. Great food and atmosphere. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant . Wish Their was a good Italian restaurant in Longmont .
(5)Donna R.
Loved the food- They had gluten free pasta - food was well prepared and delicious ! Italian food is my favorite and due to gluten intolerance i'm not able to eat at many restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful experience! The waiter Jeff was very nice and knew the menu very well . Will someday come to visit again! Reasonably priced! Nice atmosphere
(5)Jay M.
Eaten their twice in the last two weeks. Both were excellent. Great restaurant.
(5)Stephanie K.
(5)Allison M.
(5)Tara R.
Centrally located in old town Fort Collins. House cabernet is excellent, food was delicious, and ALL of the waitstaff were very attentive. Recommended for a nice meal out.
(4)Kyle F.
Food is excellent, and service is usually very good. I like the atmosphere--nice wood interior, a bit dark. Half portions are a great way to keep the cost down if you don't want to pay a ton. Good specials as well.
(4)Christine L.
I've been here several times and still don't know what the fuss is about. It's pretty standard Italian-American fare and usually way too salty. Stay far away from the clam sauce.
(2)Jen G.
The quality is what I would expect from "fast food Italian" like Sbarro's but unfortunately the price doesn't match. I wouldn't return except possible on Mondays when they have a number of dishes for $7.
(2)Jake M.
Good food and good service, but I wasn't blown away. Myy friends and I did believe it was a bit too dark in the restaurant and it took a while to get adjusted to reading our menus. However, if you are looking for a nicer place to dine Italian, it's not a bad choice.
(3)Samantha M.
(2)David K.
I've only been here once for lunch and it was great, everyone says this is the best Italian in Fort Collins and I can't argue that with what I've had so far. I need to go back and try more of the menu.
(4)James M.
(3)Lisa S.
(4)Dana R.
(4)Neil A.
(4)stacy s.
this place just isn't good, hate to say it. ft c has a big, big lack of good italian joints, so this gets the nod as "best italian" i guess just because it has a typical chianti-bottle-and-dim-light decor. the servers are friendly and it's a family-owned business which is important to have these days. but, don't go there thinking you're in for a big treat.
(1)Karen R.
Absolutely delicious food with superior service, an amazing menu, and imaginative designer cocktails. We had dinner with friends who highly recommended Bisetti's. We look forward to many more delicious dinners there. Be sure to try the cannolis!!!
(5)Stephen G.
Pleasantly surprise with the rich flavor and non commercial tastes. As if your gourmet chef Italian uncle had come over and made a meal especially for you. Nuisances of hidden flavor with every bite, will be back...
(5)P D.
(4)Jiro R.
(2)Kristi M.
(4)Peeyoosha H.
(5)Benj V.
(5)Kim P.

(2)Jennifer R.

(5)Karla R.

(5)Wendy T.
The food is delicious. I have enjoyed every pasta dish I have tried. The bread and basil butter are so good. The service is great. Love it!

Worth every penny. Great value for great food. The lighting is a bit dim but wonderful ambience. Ask for Jimmy Ray. Awesome service and timing. One of the best places for dinner in Fort Collins.

(3)Joe S.
Best Lasagna in town. I love the setting, the atmosphere. I think the lunch specials and discounts are great (great, fast food on a short lunch break.) When I have family in town - this is one of the restaurants I hit.
(4)Jill B.
(4)Mark H.
This place was alright. The food was good but nothing to special. It would be a lot better if the prices where less! It is nicely located in Old town, so it makes it a good place to stop if you are out shopping.
(3)Emily J.
(5)Brian S.
(2)Evyn S.
I went for lunch, the waiter was SO sweet. Loved him. The food was awesome, I had the gnocchi dish, very pleased. I recommend!
(5)Lauren B.
(4)Dylan O.
They don't offer anchovy stuffed olives but Brendan went above and beyond to make them, along with a great martini, all while running a full bar. Get the Eggplant Parmesan, it's the best I've had!!!
(5)J D.
Hasn't changed much in probably 20 years. Has the inside vibe of being a nice affordable romantic date night for highschoolers or seniors citizens. If your looking for an intimate Italian dinner in Old Town, this is it.
(3)Don N.
Do not dine here if you are Celiac, despite the claim of a gluten free menu. We took my parents here this past weekend, and my father who is Celiac became very ill. My wife called the restaurant and was told that despite the claim of a gluten free menu, Celiacs should not dine here. Unconscionable!
(1)Jack S.
(4)Michael A.
(5)Bill B.
(5)Lisa R.
Love the butternut squash ravioli!!!!!!!!! Be warned- it may look like a small portion, but the ravioli are as filling as they are amazing. The tiramisu would have impressed my noni. This its our favorite date destination.
(5)Erika B.
Bisettis is my favorite Italian food place in town. They're always great for special occasions. Last time my boyfriend and I had an anniversary they arranged for us to sit in the private room for two at the front window, it was very nice. They also give you free cheese cake on your birthday!
(5)Mitchell S.
This is a wonderful italian restaurant. Their lasagna is amazing! The marinara sauce was equally satisfying. The service was also very good and courteous. Prices aren't too bad, approximately $15 per plate.
(5)Giselle P.

(5)Cathy B.
(1)Kelly R.

(4)Claire S.
Our dinner guests are devoted Italian diners and gave Bisetti's a thumb's up for authenticity. Portions were unnecessarily large but great for take-home. Service was good...great choice of wines.
(4)Rachel W.

Went here for New Years Eve. The food was good. The service was excellent!

I ate here over the weekend. I havent been into Bisseti's in about a year and I just remembered how much I love this place. Food is great, service is excellent. James
